About Our Name
Winston Churchill provided the inspiration for the name of our company. Churchill achieved his goal of helping Britain overcome the Nazi threat while fighting his ‘black dog’ (depression). He was aware that his ‘black dog’ could not kill him, and he was able to persist through this challenge in order to lead Britain and the world to successfully defeat the threat of fascism. Thus, his success and determination inspired the name of our company.
In our own way, The Black Dog Group enables our partners to successfully face challenging economic times while we help these innovative firms to achieve their goals and to recognize their full potential.
