True to our values of being helpers, we take giving back very seriously.
As such, here are four organizations to which we donate. They welcome contributions at any time so please, join us on our mission to support those in need.
*Each organization is a 501c3 non-profit so, your donations will be tax deductible.
As LGBTQ+ allies, we stand behind The Trevor Project's mission to end suicide among LGBTQ+ young people. They do this by providing LGBTQ + youth with 24/7 crisis counseling, advocacy, original research, and education tools.
We adopted both of our rescues from Soft Landings and this small operation is always in need of donations. From dry dog food to holiday toys to cash for vet care, the team at Soft Landings is appreciative of the help they receive. They have US networks in both South Carolina and Connecticut.
We are engaged citizens of every community where we are. As citizens and business owners in the town of Bedford, Massachusetts, we are interested in the activities and news of our community and proudly sponsor our local news source, The Bedford Citizen. The founders, writers, and contributors are committed to reporting news of local significance, promoting local events, fostering connectivity, and encouraging participation. As a professional services company that is a member of the media industry, we support community media for information accessibility. We are proud sponsors of Bedford TV (formerly known as BCAT), a non-profit, 501(c)3 community access television station serving Bedford, Massachusetts. Their mission is to make media available, reflective, and responsive to the needs of the town. We are excited and honored to host our podcast, The Starfish Storytellers, in their public studios.
In addition to our two dogs, we rescue Guinea Pigs as well. We have a small herd of four and work with this rescue to volunteer and refer those seeking to rehome. The Guinea Pig Sanctuary is a community resource, emotional support sanctuary for Guinea Pigs that can no longer stay with their owners. They are funded by donations and grants and are always in need of donations for care supplies and vet appointments.
Grace Chapel is a non-denominational church with campuses in the Greater Boston Area and an online ministry that reaches around the world. As members, we volunteer and donate to a number of relief campaigns they lead (i.e. missions in Africa, Middle Eastern earthquake relief, etc.).
